- All reservations are billed to the client's credit card or corporate account.
- Black Diamond Chauffeurs accepts all major credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
- A mandatory 20% gratuity, 15% fuel surcharge, and admin fee apply to all services.
- Rates are subject to change without notice and are calculated in USD.
- Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
- Chauffeurs are prohibited from soliciting gratuities.
- Domestic Flights: Chauffeurs will meet clients at the luggage carousel (where permitted).
- International Flights: Pickup outside of customs.
- Curbside Pickup: Upon arrival, call (888) 222-9979 to coordinate.
- Grace Period: Domestic flights: 45 minutes from flight arrival time. International flights: 1 hour from flight arrival time.
- Standard Pickups: Sedans: 10-minute grace period. After that, waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments based on the hourly rate.
- Other Vehicles: Subject to specific terms & conditions.
- Extra Stops: Stops en route: $20–$30 per stop (max 10 minutes per stop). Longer stops are charged based on the hourly rate.
- Sedans: 3 hours in Los Angeles, 24 hours in other states - Full charge if canceled late
- SUVs & Vans: 6 hours in Los Angeles, 24 hours in other states - Full charge if canceled late
- Limousines & Mini Buses: 72 hours (3 days) - Full charge if canceled late
- Motor Coaches: 1 week - Full charge if canceled late
- Cancellations must be made via phone or email. Emailed cancellations are valid only after acknowledgment from Black Diamond Chauffeurs.
- Refunds for canceled reservations are processed within 5-7 business days.
- A no-show fee equal to the full fare, gratuity, and wait time will be charged when a client fails to arrive at the designated pickup location and does not contact dispatch within the grace period.
- If unable to locate the chauffeur, the client must call (888) 222-9979 before leaving. Failure to do so will result in full fare charges.
- Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by them or their party during the rental period.
- A minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply for excessive spills, smoking, or sickness-related cleanup.
- Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service for disorderly, unsafe, or illegal behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Smoking, illegal drug use, and alcoholic beverages in minibuses are strictly prohibited.
- Vehicle passenger capacity must not be exceeded.
- Black Diamond Chauffeurs is not liable for service delays caused by: Severe weather, road closures, flight delays, strikes, or governmental restrictions. Traffic conditions beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in vehicles.
- Clients should verify and collect all belongings before exiting the vehicle.
- Chauffeurs are prohibited from accepting direct cash payments unless pre-arranged.
- All bookings must be made through official Black Diamond Chauffeurs channels.
- Direct reservations made with chauffeurs are not permitted.
- Any additional bookings must be scheduled via (888) 222-9979.
- Client data is secure and confidential.
- No personal data is shared with third parties unless required for service fulfillment.
- Vehicles may have GPS tracking for safety and operational efficiency.
- Black Diamond Chauffeurs reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
- Any changes will be published on our website and will take immediate effect.
